Terms of Service

Terms for using Koda Sidecar Chrome apps.

Effective date: June 20, 2026. These terms govern use of Koda Sidecar and Fathom Action Items & Exporter.

License

Koda Sidecar grants users a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. A paid lifetime license means continued use of the supported purchased version; it does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with Fathom, Chrome, or other third-party services.

Responsibilities

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for securing Fathom API keys and license keys, accessing only data they are authorized to use, reviewing generated follow-ups, and complying with applicable recording, confidentiality, privacy, employment, and retention laws.

Third parties

Service dependencies

The extension depends on Fathom, Google Chrome, Stripe, and the user's email application. Koda Sidecar cannot control or guarantee these services.

Payment and refunds

Paid licenses are processed through Stripe checkout. Pricing, applicable taxes, and payment details are shown at checkout. Refund requests can be sent to support@kodasidecar.com.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the extension to access meetings without authorization.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or distribute license keys.
  • Do not circumvent license limits for commercial redistribution.
  • Do not use the extension in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

As-is software

The extension is provided as is and as available. Fathom may omit, misidentify, or inaccurately assign action items. Generated content may require correction.

Fathom Action Items & Exporter is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fathom.
