Connect Fathom
Create a personal API key in Fathom, open the extension settings page, paste the key, save it, test the connection, then open Meetings and refresh from Fathom.

When a meeting does not appear
Confirm Fathom finished processing the recording, the meeting contains action items, search and filters are cleared, hidden meetings are restored, and the API key still passes the settings-page test.
Wrong owner group
Fathom may omit or misidentify owners. In the review editor, change Our team, Client team, or Unassigned, then edit the owner name or email before copying follow-up text.
ZIP missing content
Open Export and confirm the needed content type is selected. Transcripts, AI summaries, and highlights are requested only when their checkboxes or filters require those fields.
Bundle export is blocked
The free trial includes three support bundle exports. Purchase Pro, paste the Koda Sidecar license code into the extension, and activate it to unlock unlimited exports.
Review before sharing
HAR and log redaction is best-effort. Screenshots are included unchanged in the launch version, so review images and sanitized files before sending a bundle to support.
What to include in a support request
- Chrome version and operating system.
- Extension version.
- The exact error message.
- Whether the issue happens with every meeting or only one meeting.
- For Redaction Retriever, describe the file type and browser used to create it.
Delete local data
Open extension settings and select the delete-data control. This removes local extension data from Chrome, including the Fathom key, preferences, trial count, license state, and selected meeting cache.
